At Allu Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Perishables, intimate goods, and sale items cannot be returned.

Damaged items: If your item arrived damaged, email us at allauddinakki@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
